  • 1 lettuce.
  • 2 tomatoes.
  • 1 onion.
  • 1 pepper.
  • 125 g of olives.
  • 8 anchovy fillets.
  • 125 g of tuna in brine.
  • 125 g of crumbled cod.
  • 1 cucumber.
  • Olive oil.
  • Salt.
  • Vinegar.



Clean the lettuce and other vegetables with water. Cut into pieces and place in a dish, preferably a glass or ceramic one. Then, decorate it with the anchovies, the crumbled cod and the brine tuna in small pieces.
Finally, prepare the dressing in a separate container. Add the olive oil, salt and a little vinegar and stir well. With this, dress the salad to taste.
TIP: choose fresh local ingredients. Do not prepare the salad too far in advance and do not serve the salad too cold.
