Rice with cauliflower and cod

  • 500 grams of rice.
  • 6 pieces of desalted cod.
  • ½ cauliflower.
  • 1 tomato.
  • ½ red pepper.
  • ½ onion.
  • Olive oil.
  • Saffron.
  • Salt.



In a saucepan with olive oil, fry the chopped garlic, the grated tomato, the chopped pepper and the finely chopped onion. Then, add to the fried food, water, the chopped cauliflower, the cod and the saffron.
