Fideuá with galley and mussels
- 1 kg. of noodles.
- Fish broth.
- Crushed tomato.
- Salt, oil, garlic and saffron
In a paella pan heat the oil, add the galleys and fry until golden. Once they are golden, add the noodles, the chopped garlic and stir until the noodles are golden. Add the tomato, saffron and fish stock together with the mussels and cook for 5 minutes over a low heat. Taste the salt, let it rest for 5 more minutes and serve.
